          For Poster Presenters;

The posters should be placed in the provided areas at 8:30 am on Wednesday April 8 and removed by 13:30 pm on Thursday April 9.
Poster size should be about 1 meter in height and 70 cm in width
Font of writing should be large enough to allow reading from a distance of 1 meter
Tables and figures should be clear and informative
Do not forget to underline your name, and put a structured abstract.
Be available to answer questions of your colleagues during the coffee breaks

                General Information

    1. The registration desk will open at 8:30 am on Wednesday Feb 13, and will close during the official Opening Ceremony (9:30-10:00 am) then reopens till 5 pm on the same day and from 8:30-13:00 pm on the 2nd day of the congress (Thursday April 9, 2015).
2. You will be asked to show your ID at the registration desk to be able to receive your registration kit.
3. The CME certificates will be issued on site.
4. New registrants will personally receive their certificates of attendance at the "new registration desk" on Thursday April 9, 2015.
5. It is completely forbidden to smoke in the congress venue.
6. Children are not allowed into any of the scientific or social events of the congress.
7. Your mobile phone must be switched off during the scientific sessions.
8. Please fill the evaluation sheet of each session and return it to any member of the Organizing Committee. Your opinion means a lot to us.
